This dreamy balm glides on skin loosening make up & debris.  Rub into face & neck until all areas are thoroughly coated.  Splash with water & rub into a creamy milk. The addition of water will allow for the balm to be milky and add extra softness. Rinse off thoroughly & follow up with a moisturizer.
