SHIPPING POLICY
All packages are shipped via USPS priority mail. Tracking number will be emailed when shipped. Please give us 2 days to process your order, with priority shipping your should have your product in 4 days.
Remedy does not use UPS or FedEx. Please be sure the address shipping to will accept packages ship by USPS (United States Postal Service).
Please watch your email for your tracking number and the date your package was shipped. This email will have with expected delivery times, however we are at the mercies of USPS. Most orders will be shipped within 2 days, or less. It usually takes 2 to 4 days to arrive after shipped via USPS. If you need your items by a certain date, please account for 4 days of processing and shipping time, if you need a rush, send an email and I can do my best to get your items to you sooner.
USPS offers additional insurance that may be purchased against loss or damage items, however unless your order is over the USPS threshold the extra insurance will not be purchased.

If you are not satisfied please send an email to info@remedybathouse.com, with in 21 days of receipt of your product. For refunds and or exchanges, we want our customers to know that Remedy Bath House is committed to each of our customers, and want 100% satisfaction. Our money back guarantee, is for the price of the product.
Shipping cost are non-refundable.
We may have some questions for you only to understand our customers expectations. We strive to provide the best service possible and the best products possible.
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery, for the refund, and please allow a few business days for your refund to process, an email will be sent when the product is received by Remedy and the refund is then issued.
For special orders I don't accept cancellations because ingredients are purchased when the order is placed and the investments made up front.
But please contact us via email if changes need to be made, but remember this could affect the cost of the order and or delay the delivery time.
