For skin: Rub balm into any area of skin allowing it melt on to skin, follow up by massaging  into skin. 
 
For Face: Cleanse  and pat dry, warm up balm in palm  of your hand, until plyable and slightly melted and with soft gently strokes rub on face before bed time.
 
For Hair: use VERY sparingly it is a butter.
