Safety seals: Remedy specializes in simple good for you products, we have a safety seals on each of our products as safety is a priority. Please check your products to make sure the tamper seal is in tack before using. If there is any issues please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

When receiving a shipment:

Please check your email for the tracking number of your package, when your package is shipped we will email the tracking number to you, so you can track your package daily.

Please read the ingredients, size and or measurements of our products before purchasing, as we provide this helpful information for your convenience. If you have any further questions that are not listed on our product descriptions, please email us at info@RemedyBathHouse.com and put in the subject line "Product question(s)". 

Privacy & Safety

If for any reason you have any skin irritation believed to have developed from any of our products discontinue use immediately and contact us with in 7 business days at RemedyBathHouse@gmail.com.  

All of our products are for external use only.

None of our products are not tested on animals.

All of our products are made from responsibly sourced oils and butters and suppliers are checked annually for RSPO certification
